A photographer, a seminar house, a physiotherapy practice, a babysitter agency, a restaurant in Croatia, an industrial supplier. What they have in common: they are good at what they do – and wanted to be found. Every project is here with its address, to look at.
Why this means something
References can be written nicely. These four cannot – they are either verifiable or they are not true.
Every project is linked. You can open it, look at it and judge for yourself – including what has become of it since.
Each one says whether the collaboration is still running – including when it is not. Those who stay after launch were happy; those who leave have often simply learned to do it themselves. Both belong here.
German, English, Croatian. No translation agency in between, no second agency for the Croatian market – the same person to talk to.
A few projects come from my own circle. They are here because they show something – and they are marked, rather than quietly making the list longer.
The projects
Under each project it does not say which technology was used, but what it proves. And next to it the way to exactly that service for you. The sites themselves are in German or Croatian.

A matching service depends on two sides trusting it: parents handing over their child, and babysitters applying. The site guides both separately without turning into two websites – and it sounds like a person, not like an agency.

Three offerings under one roof – coaching, physiotherapy, osteopathy – none of which may hide the others. Someone coming about their back should not have to scroll through coaching copy, and the other way round.
A seminar house does not sell a room, it sells a few days. So on this site the atmosphere comes before the square metres – and the facilities are still listed completely enough to book without asking.
The hardest case in the whole portfolio: a website for someone who makes a living from images. The design has to step back without becoming arbitrary – and the photos have to be large without making the site slow.
Maintenance of automated warehouse systems for the food, pharmaceutical and automotive industries, certified to EN ISO. Industrial clients, a Croatian company, a service area covering all of Europe – if a website carries that, it will carry yours.

An online shop that sells nothing: with antique farmhouse furniture every piece is one of a kind, so the shop collects enquiries instead of orders. Proof that a shop does not have to look the way shops look.

Ongoing care for a book shop with over 1,000 titles, plus advertising material and campaign coordination. Day-to-day business in Croatian – and the reason “Hrvatski” here is not a line on a CV.

Calm, serious design for a subject where trust is everything. Phone number, opening hours and appointment request sit at the top of every page – someone searching in a difficult moment should not have to search.

A trainer sells herself, not a product. The website has to manage that – and stay maintainable without an agency.
Craniosacral therapy, kinesiology, nutrition – several services under one roof, without the site becoming confusing.

Table reservations that actually get used in daily operation – not a form that sits unread in an inbox. In Croatian, with the same person to talk to as for everything else.
A niche subject that has to be explained before it can be sold. The site takes the room for that – and still remains a website rather than becoming a textbook.
Built to the client’s wishes, down to the choice of words. In psychosocial counselling the tone decides whether someone picks up the phone – there the counsellor is right and the web designer is not.
A migration at the end of which the client maintains the site herself – on a system I do not sell. That was the brief, and it is the most honest ending a project can have.

E-commerce diagnostics for WooCommerce and Shopify shops at a fixed price: finding and naming revenue, legal and security problems. Everything to do with selling.
Own project
Brand design and colour work: business cards, print, merchandise. Not the core business – but when a brand is being built anyway, there is little sense in letting it stop at the edge of the paper.

Quoted word for word, without polishing and without picking the nicest ones – and therefore in the language they were written in. Some are two words long. That is what real reviews look like.
