idigIT by Irena Kühn

Your website should bring in customers. Not just look good.

I build it, make it findable, and keep looking after it afterwards. For business owners who would rather spend their time on the business than on technology.

  • An answer within 24 hours
  • One person, not a ticket system
  • Deutsch · English · Hrvatski
  • A fixed price before any work starts

The difference

A good-looking website is not the same as one that wins work

Both cost the same to build. Only one of them earns its money back.

A website without a plan

  • Looks good, but nobody finds it
  • No idea what your customers are actually searching for
  • No obvious next step – the visitor leaves again
  • After launch, nobody gets back to you
  • When something breaks, you go looking for the cause yourself
  • Costs appear the moment anything needs changing

A website with idigIT

  • Built around the questions your customers really ask
  • Visible on Google and in AI answers
  • A clear next step on every page
  • Care that continues – monthly, if you want it
  • One number, and someone picks up
  • Prices agreed in advance

How it works

Working together, in four steps

After the second one you know what it costs – and you can still say no.

  1. A 30-minute conversation

Free and without obligation, by phone or online. I ask about your business, not about your favourite colour. Afterwards I know whether I am the right person for you – and I will tell you if I am not.

  2. A quote with a fixed price

In writing, with deliverables and dates. No items that "come up" later. If it is not in the quote, it does not cost anything either.

  3. Building it

You see work in progress, not just the finished result. Changes are explicitly welcome at this stage – later they get more expensive, for both of us.

  4. Ongoing care

Monthly if you want it: updates, backups, changes, visibility. Three months to start, then three months at a time.

Who you are dealing with

At idigIT you talk to Irena – from the first question to years later

No project team that keeps changing. No ticket system asking you for a reference number. When you call, the person who built your website picks up.

That is exactly why clients stay: they do not have to explain their situation from scratch every time. Anyone who has worked with an agency where nobody remembered why something was set up a certain way knows the difference.

Meet Irena

  • Three languages. German, English and Croatian – also for clients in Slovenia, Croatia and northern Italy.
  • Explained, not waved through. You will not get jargon thrown at you. Where a technical term is unavoidable, the explanation sits next to it.
  • Honest even when it costs me work. If advertising will not pay off for you, I say so – rather than managing a budget that achieves nothing.
  • You keep everything. Domain, content and access are yours. No arrangement you cannot get out of.

Frequently asked

What clients want to know beforehand

A one-pager starts at € 1,890, a multi-page website at € 3,600, a WordPress website at € 4,400 – net in each case. The binding price is fixed in writing after the free first conversation and does not change afterwards.

A one-pager usually two to three weeks, a multi-page website four to six. The most common reason for delay is missing text and images – so we agree at the start who supplies what.

Yes. WordPress, Wix, Jimdo or something hand-built. I will look at it and tell you whether carrying on makes sense or whether rebuilding works out cheaper. That assessment costs nothing.

No. Domain, mailboxes, hosting, updates and backups – I take all of it on if you want. Once a month you get a short note about what was done.

GEO stands for Generative Engine Optimization: being visible when ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google writes an answer instead of listing links. A growing share of searches now end in an answer like that – if you are not named in it, you do not appear at all.

Yes. The focus is Austria, and I look after clients in Germany and Switzerland just the same. In English and Croatian also in Slovenia, Croatia, Italy, Hungary, Czechia and Poland. Most of the work happens online anyway.

Three months. After that it continues in three-month steps unless you cancel one month before the end of a month. Domain, content and access are yours and are handed over on request – even mid-term.

Let us start with the easy part

The visibility check shows you in a minute where your website stands today. No sign-up, no form, and nobody gets in touch afterwards that you did not ask for.
